Dr Lee graduated from the University of Dundee in 1991 and obtained her MRCP (UK) in 1996. She completed her training in Gastroenterology and was accredited by the Specialist Accreditation Board, Singapore Medical Council in 2000. Dr Lee completed a one-year fellowship in Hepatology at the University of Miami with a special interest in Liver Transplantation from 2001 - 2002. Since then, Dr Lee has been practicing as a Consultant in the Department of Gastroenterology & Hepatology at National University Hospital. Dr Lee has 2 research grants in the area of Non Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease and is currently providing expertise in this area as well as in general Hepatology including Viral Hepatitis B and C and general Gastroenterology. Dr Lee's other interests are in medical education. She is currently the Training Director for the Department of Gastroenterology & Hepatology at National University Hospital and is actively involved in undergraduate and postgraduate medical education.
