Dr Liu is a Senior Consultant Haematologist at the Department of Laboratory Medicine at the National University Hospital, Singapore. He is also the Head of Clinical Haematology in the Department of Haematology-Oncology and Clinical Senior Lecturer in the Department of Medicine at the National University of Singapore.
After his basic medical degree, he obtained specialist qualifications in Internal Medicine and Haematology from the Royal Colleges of Medicine and Pathologists, UK. Dr Liu is also the past President of the Singapore Society of Haematology and has an active interest in Flow Cytometry, coagulation disorders and Diagnostic Haematology.
