We understand that patients and their families may find it hard to cope with the disease and with life during and after treatment. Our supportive care programmes & activities are designed to provide patients and their families with the necessary information and skills to cope with cancer and the side effects of treatment so that they can resume normalcy of their daily activities and live their lives to the fullest.

Relax Your Mind Yin Yoga Classes

Embark on a mental and physical journey in discovering inner peace and natural healing through the relaxing practice of Yin Yoga under the tutelage of Leukaemia survivor Chrissie Tan.




 


 


  

Kids Connect!

A free emotional support programme for children (aged 7-12) whose parents or caregivers have been touched by cancer as well as parents or caregivers touched by cancer with children (aged 4 to 18). Programme is conducted by our trained medical social workers.

Caregivers in Cancer: Basic Homecare Skills Training Programme

A workshop for cancer caregivers where you will learn basic homecare skills in caring for your loved one with cancer.

 


 

Look Good Feel Better Programme

A hands-on workshop to empower women with confidence during and post-cancer treatment through the use of wigs, scarves and makeup.

 

Befrienders Programme

An initiative by our NPC OneHeart Support Group for newly diagnosed patients and their caregivers to be in a supportive and encouraging environment.

 

 

 

  

NPC oneHeart Support Group Nature Walk @ Botanic Gardens

Organised by our NPC oneHeart Support Group, the group welcomes all cancer patients and their caregivers to join them on their weekly walks at the Singapore Botanic Gardens to keep fit and forge new friendships together!
