Dr Esther Chan obtained her medical degrees from the National University of Singapore and the Royal College of Physicians, United Kingdom. She later completed her advanced specialist training in Haematology at the National University Hospital.
Her interests include treatment of patients with lymphoma and leukaemias.
She is actively involved in the education of undergraduate medical education with the Yong Yoo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore.
