Biosketch

Dr Low O-Wern graduated in 2011 from the National University of Singapore. He started his Plastic Surgery training in 2013 in the NUHS residency programme and has accumulated a wealth of experience by rotating around multiple restructured hospitals in Singapore. He has several publications in both local and international journals relating to Plastic Surgery. He obtained his specialist certification in 2019 and became a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons (Glasgow) in Plastic Surgery in 2020.
