For Patients & Visitors

OneHeart Monthly Botanic Garden Walk

2026/09/02

Join us for our monthly Botanic Gardens Walk with OneHeart, our Head & Neck Cancer support group, and experience the healing power of nature, community, and movement.

This programme brings together cancer patients, survivors, and caregivers for a gentle morning walk through the Singapore Botanic Gardens, offering a welcoming space to connect, share experiences, and build meaningful friendships.

Walking in nature has long been recognised for its restorative benefits: from lifting the mood to easing the mind and strengthening the body. Set against the lush greenery of the Botanic Gardens, each walk is an opportunity to slow down, breathe deeply, and find comfort in the company of others who understand your journey.

Beyond the physical benefits, the walk nurtures a sense of belonging and mutual support. Whether you are a patient, survivor, caregiver, or simply someone looking for a caring community, you will find a warm and inclusive space here.

We warmly welcome you to join us for a morning of fellowship, wellness, and hope in nature.
