Before your visit

Please arrive early and bring:

• Your appointment details
• Referral letter (if any)
• Medical reports or test results (if available)
  • If your first visit is scheduled at NCIS Cancer Centre (Medical Centre), refer to this pdf
  • If your first visit is scheduled at Radiation Therapy, refer to this pdf

When you arrive

You can check in using one of the following methods:

• Self-registration kiosk
• NUHS mobile app – select “I have arrived”

If you need help registering, please approach our clinic counter for assistance.

During your visit

Consultation

You will meet your doctor and care team to:

• Understand your condition
• Review any tests
• Discuss your treatment options

Additional Support (if needed)

Depending on your needs, you may be referred to:

• Nursing or allied health services
• Other support services to help with your care and wellbeing
  

Before you leave

Our team will guide you on your next steps, which may include:

• Follow up appointments
• Additional tests
• Your treatment plan

For your first visit, please note that your appointment may take longer than expected. Proper time to assess your case ensures your care team can thoroughly understand your condition and discuss your care plan with you.
