2025/11/12

At NUH, we care for the health and well-being of our patients. We are reaching out to remind you about the importance of regular mammogram screenings to detect breast cancer early.

Why Is It Important?

  • Breast cancer is the most common cancer among women in Singapore.
  • Early detection can significantly improve cancer treatment outcomes and save lives.
  • A mammogram is a special type of X-ray that can detect changes in the breast at the preliminary stages of breast cancer, even before a lump develops.

Subsidised Mammogram Screening

Singapore Citizens enrolled in the Healthier SG programme are eligible for fully subsidized rates.
